We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, being close to several ski lifts and just a short walk to the town center. The hotel's inclusion of the Joker card allowed us to enjoy various activities in Saalbach, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were pleased with the spacious and modern room, complete with a balcony that provided stunning views. The breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying, giving us the energy we needed to start our day on the slopes. Additionally, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist us with any request.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The hotel’s surroundings are idyllic, perfect for a romantic escape. the room itself was very comfortable and had a lovely balcony with a great view. Lastly, the breakfast provided was very tasty and filling.
The facilities at the hotel were not what we expected. The spa was too small and not worth the €40 fee.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness of the large and comfortable room with a balcony, the good breakfast, and the friendly and helpful staff, especially Katherine. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the end of a pedestrian area and only a 2-minute walk from a ski lift. The private car park was also a great feature.

The hotel is ideally located just out of the centre, providing a peaceful environment away from any potential noise at night. Guests praised the spacious rooms with ample storage and nice views from the balcony. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great choice of hot and cold options, and the evening meals were outstanding, with a variety of delicious dishes. The hotel also provided excellent facilities such as a warm boot room, sauna, and bike storage for mountain bikers.
